How it Works
In the real estate profession, if you have a client who wants something outside of your dedicated service area, it’s often common practice to work in tandem with another agent who knows the area better. This is known as a referral commission split, meaning that the agent who finalizes the transaction will share a portion of their earned commission with the first agent.
