House listings simply exist everywhere and this tool has revolutionized the real estate industry for both Realtors and consumers alike.
So why is there a real estate site with no house listings on it?
Because after practicing real estate for over 21 years and for having a successful practice that moves over 70 properties a year, we’ve realized that there is a better way. We start with the customer first, not the house. We consider their wants, hopes, dreams, and expectations. And then we help them make that happen. After we learn exactly what the customer desires and who they are, we then take the time to match them with the right agent that can deliver for them.
But wait – there aren’t any agents on the website either. No houses AND no agents. How can that be?
It’s because we take the time to personally match each customer. We don’t automatically link them. We don’t simply make a recommendation based on who is in the system. There is no algorithm that can replace real human to human contact. There are no robots or offshore call centers.
